Graduated with a Bachelors Degree from the California State University at Los Angeles in 1966. Degree in Business Administration included a major in Accounting and a minor in Real Estate.

Completed both the Revenue Agent and Advanced Revenue Agent School with the I.R.S. This is the equivalent to an advanced degree in taxation.

Graduated with a Masters Degree from Pennsylvania State University in 1986. Degree in Economics included an honors program in residence at Westminster College, Oxford, U.K.

Extensive continuing education is required each year to remain active in the National Association of Public Accountants and for Enrolled Agent License Renewal.
